Consultation
After you go through our Welcome Packet and arrange a consultation, we will go over all the details of your wedding to identify the ideal services that align with your needs and provide a proposal.
You're Booked!
Once you accept the custom proposal, you'll need to review and sign the contract, along with paying the initial deposit to reserve your date. After that, we'll set up your wedding in Aisle Planner so we can kick off the planning process!
The Planning
In the months or years leading up, you'll have full access to a variety of helpful tools, including design tools, a budget tracker, timelines, checklists, guest list, seating chart, and much more! We will be here to assist you throughout the journey! About 6-8 weeks out, we will reach out to start scheduling our planning sessions create your day of timeline, discuss decor, and details about ceremony.
Rehearsal
In our planning sessions, we will go over all the details of your ceremony, including the order of the bridal party as they walk down the aisle and throughout the ceremony. We will be present on-site to ensure a smooth and coordinated rehearsal.
The Big Day is Here!
It’s showtime! We arrive on site to accept deliveries, set up ceremony and reception personal decor, follow the custom timeline we spent so much time going over, the list can go on with what we will handle but we want to ensure you can truly enjoy your wedding day!
